Description of Parts

- Filter Stator: Designed as a horizontal cylindrical container with a base, including connection points for the rotor and drive mechanism. The robust design by Alpenfalke ensures durability and efficient operation.
- Front Opening: Equipped with a bolted flange for secure closure, ensuring a tight seal and easy maintenance.
- Bottom Outlet for Filtered Liquids: Features a drain for filtered liquids (XX01-N21) with a DN 80 PN 16 flange, designed to meet Alpenfalke’s high-quality standards.
- Bottom Overflow Outlet: Includes a drain outlet for overflow liquids (XX01-N22) with a DN 50 PN 16 flange, ensuring optimal liquid management.
- Top Exhaust Manifold Connections: Contains two flanges for the exhaust manifold, each equipped with a nozzle for compressed air (XX01-N71 and XX01-N72) with DN 25 PN 40 flanges, ensuring efficient air distribution as part of Alpenfalke’s innovative design.
- Top Ventilation Neck: Features a ventilation neck (XX01-N61) with a DN 100 PN 16 flange. Additionally, a side hatch allows easy replacement of individual filter segments of the drum, simplifying maintenance in the Alpenfalke Filter System.
- Flanges: All flanges conform to EN 1092-1 standards, emphasizing Alpenfalke’s commitment to compliance and quality.
- Back Wall Seal: Includes a lip seal at the stator shaft’s back wall to ensure reliable sealing, consistent with Alpenfalke engineering excellence.
- Bearing Assembly: Comprises a shaft, covers, and seals. Both rolling bearings are sealed and filled with lifelong lubrication, minimizing maintenance needs in Alpenfalke systems.
- Cylindrical Filter Drum: Built with a solid back wall and a front ring cover. It includes six interchangeable filtration sieves attached externally, allowing for easy replacement of filter mesh. This design reflects Alpenfalke’s focus on efficiency and user-friendliness.
- Rotor Drive: Powered by an oil-filled gearbox coupled with an asynchronous electric motor (XX01AM10). The motor is designed to operate with a frequency converter. - Removable Stator Cover: The front stator cover is flat and removable, featuring connection flanges for filling suspension, draining trapped NC fibers, and an overflow neck for liquids (XX01-N23) with a DN 80 PN 16 flange, conforming to EN 1092-1 standards. - Suspension Filling Pipe: Includes a filling pipe (XX01-N11) with a DN 80 PN 16 flange, part of Alpenfalke’s precision-engineered filtration solution.
- Fiber Dumper: Equipped with a drain for trapped fibers (XX01-N31) featuring a DN 100 PN 16 flange. It includes a connection sleeve (XX01-N41) with an outer diameter of 18 mm for liquid and trapped fiber removal, reinforcing the efficiency of the Alpenfalke Filter System.
